These cards have a wonderful vibration, all very inspiring, uplifting, encouraging. However, they are not without depth; they are more than just "sweetness and light." There is a suggestion that they can be used in combination with other kinds of Tarot (that can carry the darker undercurrents--necessary energies to be aware of in their own right), and I find there is a good balance that way.

I bought this deck to learn more about the Ascended Masters and to begin to work with their energies.
I was actually very surprised to see that world deities are considered ascended masters, along with New Age figures such as El Morya, Saint-Germain and others. In fact, the world deities make up most of the deck. My one complaint is that I actually would have liked the inclusion of more of the specifically "New Age" Ascensionist Masters (I realize many deities have become central Ascended Masters in the Ascension movement, such as Kuan Yin and Buddha, and would not have minded them being included), and seen the world deities go into a completely seperate deck. I was a little dissapointed, because I really did want to learn more about them through this oracle.
Other than that, I love this deck! Like her Goddess Oracle, I found the readings to be extremely accurate right from the get-go. I use these cards along with the Goddess Oracle to get an extremely well-balanced reading - in the accompanying book it gives a very simple method for using multiple oracle decks for one reading, which I recommend everyone give a try.
I would love to see an "expansion pack"-type deck for this one made that focuses more specifically on the New Age Ascended Masters, including the more intergalactic figures such as Ashtar. I feel I could really learn alot from such a product, and that was the original intent of purchasing this one. However, as a lover of world spirituality, it was fun to see many familiar faces in this deck, and to be able to to incorporate that wisdom into my readings and meditation.

I bought this deck to add to my collection of Doreen's cards. I have them all. These are as beautiful as the rest, I especially love the gold edges, however there are too many of the same cards from previous decks. The artwork is different but it's pretty much the same meanings. I was hoping for something new in this deck and it just doesn't have it. Even so, I will continue to buy Doreen's cards because I love the artwork in them and the positive inspirations.

Here's a helpful suggestion to all inspired to use this kit: During any reading using a 78 card deck you can use this deck to read together by drawing an angel card with a reversed card to ease querents apprehension and to assist their soul-spirit with a one card angel reading and better yet draw an angel card to read with the final outcome card(works very well!!..and querents love it!) This my favorite that I depend on for reversed card bail-outs, final outcome cards, and lastly...Total angel readings.. From Beginner,Initiate,apprentice,journeyman,to Professional I reccomend this deck highly even with its shortcomings. I have this alongside my 78 card whever I perform a reading with extreme confidence.

I have many of Doreen Virtue's oracle cards, and a few others by different authors. Healing with the Angels is an inspiring deck, and somehow, every time I do a reading, it reflects some aspect of my present, and that is indeed amazing. In this deck, there are 44 cards that provide a means of 'communing' with your angels...you can do a reading for yourself, for your family or friends. The enclosed guidebook helps to provide interpretations of the readings. Each card is beautifully illustrated by pictures of angels in different visual styles. Though the deck isn't as beautiful as some of the other Virtue decks, it is still worth adding to one's collection.

I highly recommend Doreen Virtue's cards. I recently purchased my fourth set of Archangel Oracle cards. I kept one for myself and gave the other three as gifts. These cards are right to the point and correct. They have been a big help in my life, an answer to many prayers for me. I was first introduced to "Messages from My Angels", also a Doreen Virtue issue as a gift from my dear friend. It is amazing as to the messages, whether you are asking about what path to follow with a loved one you are having difficulty with or even an everyday question. These are a must have and they are so true to life! You will know your Angels are guiding you! I start out my day using these cards!

I was insired to buy this deck after a very personal experience to which I will not go into detail. I've had had several problems prior to buying this deck, and while they have not all dissapeared, the emotional pain from them is not quite as bad since I've been using these cards.
Out of Doreen Virtue's 9 Decks of Oracle Cards that are currently published, I have eight. This deck is not the prettiest, nor does it have golden edges, or the most beautiful pictures. BUT, it is the most helpful by far for me.
For those who believe in angels and their role as gaurdians and helpers to the people on earth, this is a great deck. It always gives the right guidance needed, and even when you can't think of a question to ask, just shuffling the cards brings about a calming effect.
There are 15 Archangels featured in this deck, each angel with three cards. Every card has a differant picture of the angel as well as a general theme and a little message. In the book, there are additional inspiring messages as well as information about each angel, which helps in getting to know them better.
(Also, this deck works well with Doreen Virue's Angel Guidance Board, as that too centers itself on the Archangels.)

I have had my cards for about a year; recently I've been using them very often, and they are always able to tell me something I need to know that day. I also find it remarkable that I'll get the same cards repeatedly if they apply to an ongoing issue; there are also cards I've never drawn. I truly feel these are an excellent channel for the Goddess to speak through! They're very much worth having and using. I've given them to others as gifts. I also use them to teach my young daughter the Goddess in her many forms and cultural identities.

I got these cards hoping that I could use them as part of a Goddess Re-Awakening energetic healing treatment that I have been developing. I wanted an oracle of the Goddess that could help determine blockages and show how to move past them, and integrate the lessons. I'm so glad that I did, because they are exactly what I was hoping they would be, and so much more.
I haven't read alot of Doreen Virtue's work (though since enjoying this deck and the Ascended Masters deck so much I have purchased several), but found that I resonated with the cards immediately. I was thrilled to find that with the first reading I had extremely accurate results, with really accessible guidance for moving forward. I usually have to work with a deck for several weeks to really attune to it and the symbolism and get in-depth readings...but this one was fantastic right out of the box!
I also decided to use a suggestion from the accompanying booklet and use this deck with another oracle deck (I used the Ascended Masters one), drawing more cards and placing them underneath these and then reading vertically for each position to get extra insight. This was a fabulous method that I found opened up even more information and subtlety! I'm looking forward to choosing one more deck (I'm leaning towards the Archangels deck) to make a nice round 3 oracles to use in this manner. I encourage anyone to try this with Doreen's oracle cards.
The art was beautiful and often stunning, and the gilded edges of the cards are a lovely touch. I HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE - Pagans, Ascensionists, Spiritual Seekers of all paths. It's amazing!

This is my third set from Doreen and I truly love these cards! As an intuitive reader I use a variety of oracle cards. I was a bit nervous about buying these Goddess cards as I did not know much about them and thought (like others) I'd have a hard time receiving acurate information from them because of a lack of connection! To my surprise, all of my readings with them have been amazingly accurate on subjects about myself and others. They are also great to do a combined reading with Doreen's "Messages from Your Angel" oracle cards as well. These are great cards and I feel they will provide insight to anyone who asks them for help. The pictures are very nice to look at. There is a beautiful gold trim around each card which gives them a very rich look. They aren't as heavy as some of Doreen's other cards which makes them easier to shuffle and handle. The guidebook is helpful as well! Definately well worth the money!!!!!

I own this oracle cards since almost 2 years, and never was deceived in all this time. I use it almost every day and the guidance received is clear and accurate.
Each goddess has a unique energy and it feels like having 44 friends around me, each one speaking when needed. I own 7 decks from D. Virtue, but this one is different from her angel's oracles. I find more personal to receive a message from a specific goddess, revered since the old times, than from a beautiful angel that I can't name or see.
This oracle is especially useful for our mundane and everyday preoccupations. Hundred of times it changed my day and also helped me to go trough very difficult situations.

Doreen Virtue is aptly named - she is sweet earth angel whose work and words have helped thousands connect with their heavenly helpers. All of work is divinely inspired but this deck seems to take guidance to a whole new level. I talk to angels for a living and so I haven't used a deck in my sessions in years - until this one came along. It is so completely accurate that I often have clients choose a card after I finish sharing their angels' information with them and without exception the card validates the information we've just discussed. I use the deck personally to help validate my own assessments in my own life.

This oracle card set is really great. I have two of Doreen's card sets: This one and Messages from your Angels. This one however is far more accturate, and I find the readings very helpful. It's great to use in the morning, and by choosing one card to carry with you during the day, it's a good way of remembering your angels are watching over you, and the message they want you to have. I highly reconmend this set!

The best part about these cards for me is that boys and men aren't turned 0ff by them ! My five year old in particular is intrigued by them and then made his own animal deck by cutting out animals out of a book and gluing them on index cards and making up his own meaning for each one based on what he thought the animal was doing in the picture.
They are a great introduction to people turned off by oracle cards ! Who doesn't love animals and who doesn't have a special animal they have felt close to?
As I shuffle,. I can explain to my readee about spirits of animals, and they get into it ! I have actually had very good readings with these cards also, and sometimes my readee finds their own meaning in the cards they chose (even better for them !)
Another use for these cards is if I feel I need a particular animal with me, I pull out the card and place it where I can see it or carry it in my purse. And sometimes one of my kids will ask me which animal spirit will help them on something, a problem or project, and we pull a card or more and they like to hear about the animal "helpers" on the other side.
They almost always "fit". Like when my son was sick, he pulled the snake card, the healer.
My one com plaint is that I wish there were MORE than just 44 cards, and my personal totem or power animal wasn't in there, the Ostrich.
Every animal is important and has things to offer you. DOn't dismiss an animal just because it wasn't what you expected or wanted. If you leave your mind open you will realize that that animal was perfect for you, whether it be your personal power animal or just an animal spirit here to teach a lesson.
THis card deck was bought for fun to add to my oracle decks, but it led me to study more about animal spirits and I now have several books on them and journeying with animals.

This is the first angel oracle deck/book I ever bought and I still use it. I love the artwork. The book is excellent on it's own. I have never had a reading with these cards that was bad or un-true. They always come up right. I would recomend this deck to anyone looking for an accurate oracle. If you've never bought angel oracle cards before, I recomend you start with this deck. The spreads listed are easy to remeber and the cards are beautiful and accurate. The info for each card is easy to understand. But like I said I would recomend this to anyone - beginner or advanced.
The best Angel Oracle Cards I found in the market.......2003-02-28
It's been a long time since I'm looking for a steady reference on Angel Cards, as one more of the personal 'tools' I use to enlarge my study and interest on forms, symbols, ancient and contemporary myths and art images. As I deal with fine arts and artists on my daily work on broadcasting , I felt that all the angel cards and oracles I found only seemed to give me a more or less limited and personal view of each author and some quite futile information. In spite of that, A. Wauters does an honest job when she mentions R.Steiner texts - an historic reference on philosophy and spiritual matters, sometimes not very well known -, or when she collects some simple ancient jews prayers on her book. By choosing a set of beautiful images associated with the past times, she makes us focus not on 'chocolat or fashionable angels' as several other oracles and books do, but on a much more archetypal and neutral visual representation. So, I'll say that A.Wauters book and oracle really matches well on a consequent set that gave me the visual freedom to enjoy the inner 'intuitive realms' of my own and the will to know more about the subject.

When I bougth this oracle kit, I expect much more than it can offers, frist the angelic descriptions are poor and weak, they are flat and don't give you any thing new.
The majority angel's faces in the cards are coarse, they have no innocence or tenderness or peaceful or the attributes suppose they have.
But when you use it, It can give you a good advice, this is the only thing good about, maybe is the most important thing, but if you are talking about angels or with them, trought the cards or any other way, You'd expect they be heavenly.
I've this kit in spanish, but I don't think this differ much from the english version.

The Oracle comes in two parts: the cards, and the Silent Stones Colour Scroll. The actual cards are 3 3/8 inches X 2 3/16 inches, and there are 33 of them. (The box is 4 inches x 6 inches.) The "Scroll" is actually a piece of paper with the image of a scroll and 33 numbered, colored ovals. There is also a 43 page guidebook that accompanies the cards and scroll.
The premise of this oracle is to discover your past life/lives, and how they may be affecting you now and in the future. The authors state: "People have often incarnated many times in their soul's desire to learn, to resolve an issue or to bring forward knowledge to help humanity."
The 33 cards each have an image of either 3 or 4 colored ovals that are stacked vertically. On the back of these cards, at the top, is one of 33 past lives. These include Incas, Hebrews, Native Americans, Atlanteans, Vikings, Knights Templars, Star Children, Early Christians, Japanese, etc. Also on the back is an explanation of the 3 or 4 colored ovals on the other side. This is the first stage of the oracle.
To do a meditative reading, they instruct to ask your angels or guides to show you a color that represents your past life, and then pick the card matching the color/colors that you visualized/were given. To do an intuitive reading, they suggest that you intuitively choose a card that stands out to you. Then, out of the 3 or 4 colors on the card, you are to choose one color that stands out among the ovals. When you turn the card over, it will tell you which past life you are working with and which aspect of that life is affecting you now. You can match up the past life to the description in the Guidebook.
The next step involves the Silent Stones Colour Scroll. You are instructed to intuitively choose a color which stands out to you. (These ovals are also numbered 1-33). This color represents the qualities that you have brought forward from that past life into this one, and there are 4 pages that describe these personal qualities. For example, picking Red for your first color would mean An energetic, vital person, vibrant, outgoing, dynamic, with leadership qualities.
Then, you are to intuitively choose a second color from the Scroll. This color represents certain influences that will be affecting you in the next few weeks of your life. There are then 5 pages that describe these influences. If you were to pick Red as your second color, it states You will lead a new project forward, which should go smoothly if your intention is clear.
Here is an example of the "reading" I did for myself.
I spread the 33 cards out and picked the card that I felt drawn to. This card had a White oval on top, a Rich Royal Blue oval second, a Lilac oval third, and a Silver oval on the bottom. I then picked the color that I felt the most drawn to, and it was the rich royal blue oval.
When I turned the card over, it said that I belonged to the Cathars (Albigentians), and the Rich Royal Blue represented Teachers, and those dedicated to spiritual expression. Apparently, while the groups of colors determine the particular past life you had, the colors themselves represent the energies (and strands from that life) being brought into incarnation now by those who were Cathars in past life.
The ironic thing is this: I had never heard of the Cathars before I used this oracle. But right after, within a few days, I ran into this very term. I definitely have a Teacher/Guide Archetype at work in my psyche, and have been dedicated to "spiritual expression" since I was a young girl. (This being represented by the Rich Royal Blue oval.)
When I went on to the next step, choosing a color from the Scroll, I picked White, which means a person pure of spirit. When I picked my second color, I chose Indigo. This future orientation means After a period of introspection, your wisdom may be expressed through writing or the media in order to help people see a different perspective. This, too, was eerily accurate for several reasons.
Now, understand that I'm not into past lives like some people, and I don't look to past lives as a reason (excuse?) for what is happening to me today. Yes, it's possible that I was indeed a Cathar, and a teacher/spiritual leader to boot, and that would explain my talents and interests. Yet, it doesn't give me any practical information in navigating my life. Confirming what I already know? Possibly.
My concern with these cards, and any oracles for that matter, is that people place their current lives on hold while they examine possible past lives for months (years?) on end. This is, of course, not the fault of the authors of this oracle. In fact, they expressly state in the beginning of their guidebook: "The future is never set in stone. These readings are possibilities and probabilities based on the past and the present. Your thoughts create your future, so you have the power to change a prediction or to enhance and strengthen it."
Kudos for this wonderful disclaimer!
At best, I can see how this oracle could help some discover their unconscious patterns and bring them to light, and also encourage/confirm hidden or obvious talents and aptitudes. At worst, it can be a fun parlor game for individuals and groups.
I would definitely recommend Silent Stones Colour Oracle for those interested in exploring past lives and how they may be impacting your present situation. Please note that I don't think that the packaging for the contents of the oracle will hold up very well over time.

Featuring thirty-six stunning renaissance styled illustrations of artist Warren Maddill, these card are rich in symbology, featuring such well-known angels as: Metatron, Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel; as well as introducing us to The Angel of Spiritual Growth, The Angel of Children, The Angel of Creativity and many, many more.
The profiles given in the companion book are knowledgeable, flowing and easy to understand. They give a deeper meaning to the card readings without forcing you to discard you the messages your intuition receives during the reading itself.

Every day I get Angel Wisdom from Beliefnet -- have been getting it for a few months now. The Daily Angel is one from Ambika Wauters book and card deck. So, a few days ago, I decided to see if I could buy the book and cards. The merchant that I used very quickly processed the order. I am quite impressed with both The Angel Oracle Deck and with the merchant.

According to author Ambika Wauters, there are three hierarchies of Heaven. From my experience, it's an accurate, comforting, and healing oracle-and a great deck for anyone with an affinity for angels.
