I ordered this cheap little book thinking it would be like a basic introduction to color and having different colors to enhance or affect different frames of mind. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! There is a mountain of information in this little thing! Not only does it cover basic color concepts, it goes into Chakra, Reiki, Pendulum, and more. What a wonderful source book! I will be reading this again, and using it for reference.

as part of the former tony&tina vibrational remedies family (NW Account Coordinator), this book was assigned reading. what blew me away was how it changed my life in such amazingly positive ways. though we were part the cosmetic industry, we were taught to spread positivity, even giving away crystals as gifts with purchase! anthony and cristina remained true to the ideas and values that they used to create their business, those which are outlined in this book. it wasn't just something we said, we really believed in it. my personal experiences with the two of them made me want to strive to be a better person and evolve spiritually, which i have. to me, anthony isn't arrogant as it says in the yin yang review below, but a very funny brit. take it with a grain of salt - he's a humorous and charming guy. i love that his (and cristina's) personality comes through in the pages. i continue to give this book as a gift and will always treasure the copy they signed for me. it's a fun, informative read that is easy to understand. their philosophies make so much sense and the origins of these beliefs are detailed and interesting without being dry. i love all the pictures - sometimes i get an emotional lift just thumbing through and glancing at them. guys, your "prue" will never forget what you did for her!

I've kept this book by my bedside for about a month now. I got it because i was so curious about why i chose certain colors to wear when i was in different moods, and why i never bought any clothes in the color yellow when i went out shopping. This book is great for if your interested in color therapy, wanting to paint your house, or just improve your mood for the moment.

I love this book. It is so far out there--in imagination, concept, practical application--that I believe it is full of great servings of truth. If it's just out there--so what? It's fun and harmless. But we all know that color can affect the way we feel, so this book applies that knowledge to the colors we wear, see, live in and tells us how to use color to strengthen and heal ourselves. What if Tony and Tina are right? We would miss a great energy source to ignore their philosophy. I am going to start wearing a blue scarf around my throat immediately, to strengthen my throat chakra and to improve my communication skills.

the nice thing about the book is that it has a lot of interesting information and much of it is full of positive vibes, baby. Which is a nice thing. much of the information about color is very interesting as well. that's the up side of the book. the down side of the book is that there's a bit of that groovier than thou-ness going on. on one hand the book claims to be about healing and love and on the other hand it kisses up to some of the very things in our society that keep many people, women especially, quite sick-- such as the fashion and beauty biz machine and all the images it plays into (these glam industries, which tony and tina have gotten in bed with, breed anorexia and self-image disorders). Another big yuck is the over the top ego- tripping of tony, which can be extremely off putting. the arrogance and attitude that comes through via his ramblings shows that he is on a delusion trip in his head-- believing himself to be a new age god (and by the way, how can you be into healing when you're a heavy smoker and drinker? )
